First the writer should have solid work program so he can open the attachment
i’m doing my graduation project is about “Investigate material properties using 3D printed functionally graded materials considering porosity and density as material properties”
i did experiment first i did 2 solid work one with a sample that is fully sold and one with holes on them i print in 3-d 3 sample each
-the one with hols is part one and tow in the experiment
-the one that is fully solid was part three four and five in the experiment
“image3” i number my sample 1-3 with hols, 4-6 full solid. number 1 broke by it self before i could test it, 2 and 3 broke in different strength 5.93MPA, 3.814MPA, i don’t know why “please try to explain it in the easy”. The sample 4-6 broke in quite similar strength 30.76MPA, 30.36MPA, 30.24MPA.
the axel attachment is from the lab result from the machine i used i will attached it.
i need a graph to compare between the sample strength the one with hols and the one that are fully solid
and i need a conclusion explain why if we increases the porosity and decrease the density ” increase the hols” will effect the strength of the sample
Thank You
Shaima
