You are required to review the speech made by Colin Powell at the United Nations on 5th February 2003. A copy of the transcript is available together with a short summary video and the full version of his speech.

b3. Define the purpose of Intelligence Analysis. Based on this understanding – what is your view of the overall reliability of the Powell speech? (20%)
