– Study Design : Cross-sectional study
– 2 groups :
– Ankle sprain group athletic
– Healthy group
Research Objectives :
1- To find the muscles imbalance between ankle evertor and invertor .
2- To find the different between ankle evertor and invertor proprioception in ankle sprain group and compare with healthy group
3- To find the different between ankle evertor and invertor rang of motion in ankle sprain group and compare with healthy group
– The test by Biodex system 3 Isokinetic dynamometer
The measure outcome :
1- Peak Torque for ankle evertor and invertor muscles
2- Peak Torque ration between ankle evertor invertor muscles
3- Rang of motion of ankle evertor invertor movement
4- Joint position sense test active /ankle evertor and invertor proprioception
